Requirements

Clearance: TS/SCI with a Polygraph
BS in Engineering, Scientific, or Technical discipline
Minimum 12 years of relevant experience
System design trade process, assessing system design options, analyzing mission requirements, monitoring system development, test development/execution
Experience designing and evaluating RF system design
Experience with Customer mission programs and enterprise

Nice To Haves

3+ years’ experience with Customer space and RF systems acquisition and/or sustainment
Understanding RF systems engineering, acquisition, and operations best practices
Experience with RF protection technologies

Responsibilities

Supervising contractor design, performance testing, analysis, and verification
Supporting major milestones and testing events and reviewing requirements and test documents
Reviewing the performance and testing results, then advising the Government on the success or failure of the test and design
Participate in design reviews and advise the Government on performance and design risks
Perform on a team that oversees all aspects of the design and build of the RF mission payload
