About The Position

The Airborne Antenna Design department is seeking an RF Systems Engineer I based in Forest, MS with responsibilities having significant impact, recognition, and growth in the organization. The RF Systems Engineer I Responsibility for the design, development, and sustainment of RF and antenna systems, processes, and test facilities. Responsibilities include leading and supporting efforts related to system optimization, test time reduction, and test capability enhancement in support of the Next Generation Jammer (NGJ) Mid Band program. Candidate will be looked to for guidance in troubleshooting in diagnosing RF and antenna system failures.

Requirements

B.S./B.A. in Engineering, Science, or Mathematics.
Ability to analyze measurement data and generate detailed reports and presentations.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Experience may be obtained through on‑the‑job experience, research, coursework, or projects.

Nice To Haves

Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to complex electronic systems.
Ability to identify and implement optimizations in electronic systems and test processes.
Experience using Matlab for data analysis.
Experience using electronic measurement equipment (e.g., RF network analyzer, spectrum analyzer, oscilloscope, etc.).
Comfortable interfacing with technical experts and presenting to upper-level management.
