About The Position
As a RF Engineer I you will develop, design, model, and test radio frequency transmitters and receiver circuit subsystems. You will get to work on multi-disciplinary teams responsible for integrated product designs including radio propagation modeling and prediction, microwave path analysis, interference analysis, frequency coordination, cell site equipment layout, parameter definition and ancillary equipment. Role is required to be onsite in Holtsville, NY office (Hybrid- Minimum of 3 days in the office per week).
Requirements
- Bachelors of Engineering in Electrical Engineering
- Must have taken an Electromagnetics course
Nice To Haves
- Antenna Design course is a massive plus
- Familiarity with Lab Measurement Techniques
- Hands-On Project Acumen
Responsibilities
- Establishes requirements for less complex design projects.
- Works on Completing all phases of RF engineering design projects.
- Works on analysis of processes and delivers results to necessary stakeholders.
- Analyzes results and recommends solutions
- Works on developing expected results on a variety of products.
- Develops documentation for new projects and reviews previous results.
- Works with latest technologies and new approaches.
- Reviews changes or upgrades to existing designs or test.
- Exercises judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions on assignment
