About The Position

Enroll guests into Rewards Club. Comp primary players. Maintain current knowledge of all special events and promotions. Handle point redemption. Work special events and promotions as needed. Promote Rewards Club and Jackpot Junction through daily contact with guests. Serve as an information center for guests. Attend meetings as required. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong telephone and paging skills.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Basic computer skills, including Windows application.
• Able to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Able to work well with others.
• Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented and dependable.
• Neat, professional appearance.
• Sensitivity to various cultures, including Native American cultures.
• Regular attendance and punctuality.
• Able and willing to work any changes in scheduled hours as required.
• Serve as a credit to Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel, and encourage others to do the same.
• Mobility throughout the facility.
