General Purpose The Total Rewards Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for CV3’s total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, payroll, wellness, and HR systems. This role assists in the coordination of processes and communications that ensure team members are well-supported across the areas of pay, benefits, wellbeing, and related HR programs. This position will also play a key role in promoting wellness initiatives, supporting cross-functional Talent & Culture projects, and responding to employee inquiries with a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality.
