About The Position

Vialto is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Equity & Reward to deliver innovative equity compensation solutions for multinational clients. This role involves managing projects throughout the entire lifecycle of global share plans, including design, implementation, and compliance. The position requires collaboration with senior stakeholders in HR, Finance, Payroll, and Tax. The role operates within a global hub model with core professionals in the US and UK, and access to specialists in over 70 jurisdictions. The structure is designed to eliminate silos and promote seamless cross-border collaboration and knowledge sharing. This opportunity blends technical expertise with strategic thinking to help clients align equity programs with business objectives while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in equity compensation, global reward, or related field.
  • Experience managing multi-country share plan rollouts and compliance processes.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with equity administration platforms and integrations.

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of global tax and payroll implications for equity awards.
  • Awareness of accounting standards (IFRS 2/ASC 718) and governance best practices.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
  • Professional credential preferred (CEP, CPA/CA, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Tax teams to implement processes for equity administration, reporting, and compliance across jurisdictions.
  • Act as a key point of contact for client projects, managing timelines, deliverables, and quality standards while building trusted relationships.
  • Help establish governance frameworks, maintain documentation, and coordinate year-end reporting for equity programs globally.
  • Support the design and rollout of global equity plans, ensuring alignment with market practices, compliance requirements, and client objectives.
  • Mentor junior team members, review work for accuracy, and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team culture.
  • Support the development of dashboards and reporting tools to track participation, compliance, and market trends.
