Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; CPA or Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum of 9+ years of experience.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with senior leadership within organizations.
  • Proven success in leading complex projects in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of equity-based compensation programs tailored for executives, encompassing stock options, restricted stock units, performance-based awards, and more.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on executive compensation matters.
  • Leverage your familiarity with equity administration platforms to streamline processes and enhance efficiency in managing executive compensation plans.
  • Assist clients in maintaining global equity compensation programs, navigating changes in tax laws, fulfilling annual reporting requirements, managing employer withholding obligations, and conducting equity mobility calculations.
  • Guide clients in fulfilling global regulatory requirements associated with equity compensation programs.
  • Support proposals and business development efforts.
