RevOps Lead

Hike MedicalSan Francisco, CA
Onsite

About The Position

Hike Medical is building the operating system for device-based care, serving the $60B+ DMEPOS market with software and hardware solutions. Their offerings include Hike Intelligence for AI-powered intake and revenue cycle automation, Hike Clinical for point-of-care operations, and SoleForge, a large-scale 3D printing facility for custom medical devices. The company has secured $22M in funding from investors like SAGA Ventures and has a deep, multi-generational understanding of the orthotics and prosthetics industry. The company has a functional revenue motion with established outbound sales, pipeline generation, national partnerships, and manufacturing capabilities. However, the current infrastructure, including a Salesforce instance needing implementation, an ad-hoc tooling stack, and spreadsheet-dependent reporting, is not equipped for the company's growth stage. The RevOps Lead will be responsible for building a scalable operating system for the revenue organization, taking ownership of Salesforce, integrating the technology stack, designing efficient processes, and establishing reliable forecasting through data analysis. This role reports directly to leadership and serves as the central source of truth for revenue operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in revenue, sales, or business operations, with real ownership of the systems
  • Deep Salesforce expertise: you have implemented and administered it, not just used it. Certifications a strong plus
  • A track record you can show: implementations you led, stacks you built, processes you designed, and what changed because of them
  • You have built revenue infrastructure from an early stage, not just maintained a mature one
  • Strong analytical instincts: you turn messy data into forecasts and decisions
  • Fluent in modern revenue tooling and comfortable putting AI to work on ops, enrichment, and analysis
  • Hands-on. If you haven't been in a CRM building something yourself in two years, this is not your job
  • Hunger to learn the market is required
  • In person in San Francisco
