About The Position

This role is central to building a scalable and efficient revenue operations function, providing structure and oversight for complex deal-making. The RevOps - Deal Desk Manager ensures deals are executed quickly, compliantly, and profitably while serving as a bridge between Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success teams. This position involves designing and optimizing processes, implementing tools, and providing insights to drive strategic decision-making and revenue growth. You will lead the creation of a formal Deal Desk function, define approval workflows, and support high-value transactions in a fast-paced SaaS environment. The ideal candidate combines operational rigor with strategic thinking, delivering clarity and efficiency across the entire quote-to-close process. This is a high-impact role with opportunities to influence systems, processes, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of building or scaling a Deal Desk function in a high-growth, fast-paced company
  • Deep understanding of SaaS pricing, discounting, and contracting best practices
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and CPQ tools; CLM system experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across Sales, Finance, Legal, and GTM leadership
  • Ability to drive cross-functional alignment and execute efficiently under tight timelines
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities, proactive mindset, and high personal ownership

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success for deal review and approval cycles
  • Structure, review, and approve deals to ensure compliance with pricing, margin, and contract policies while enabling fast execution
  • Establish and optimize the Deal Desk function, including processes, approval matrices, SLAs, and documentation standards
  • Partner with RevOps leadership to implement and enhance CPQ and CLM systems integrated with Salesforce CRM
  • Develop reporting and dashboards to monitor discount trends, deal velocity, and approval turnaround times
  • Provide deal analysis and insights to support executive decision-making and revenue forecasting
  • Create training materials and enablement sessions to ensure sales teams understand quoting tools, pricing policies, and approval workflows
  • Continuously assess and improve deal processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
