The Deal Desk Manager is a critical role in building a mature and scalable revenue operations function at Legion Technologies. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, this person will help to create and lead Legion’s first formal Deal Desk — establishing the foundation, tools, and processes that enable fast, compliant, and profitable deal execution. The ideal candidate has a strong operational mindset, deep experience structuring complex SaaS deals, and a proven track record of building or scaling Deal Desk operations in a high-growth environment. This person will serve as the connective tissue between Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success, helping to streamline quote-to-close workflows, enforce pricing governance, and accelerate revenue realization.
