About The Position

The Supply Chain Operations Manager at T-Mobile is instrumental in overseeing and enhancing various facets of supply chain operations. This role involves leading reverse logistics operations at third-party logistics facilities, serving as a crucial liaison between T-Mobile and its vendors and suppliers, and independently managing strategic operational processes, issues, and escalations. The manager supports a range of initiatives from short to long-term, including special projects, integration of new technologies, and transformation activities. They drive continuous process improvements, ensure vendor performance quality, and facilitate the adoption of new systems and technologies. By collaborating with multiple teams across the organization, the Supply Chain Operations Manager develops and monitors programs that optimize operations and align with T-Mobile's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

Leads operations at third-party logistics facilities to ensure seamless supply chain processes
Serves as a liaison between T-Mobile and its vendors and suppliers to enhance partnerships and resolve issues
Manages strategic operational issues and escalations independently to maintain continuous service excellence
Supports a range of initiatives from short to long-term, including special projects and transformation activities.
Develops and monitors programs that align supply chain operations with T-Mobile's strategic goals.
Drives continuous process improvements to optimize supply chain operations
Facilitates the adoption of new systems and technologies within supply chain operations
Holds suppliers accountable to contractual SLA commitments, proactively identifying performance gaps and driving resolution to ensure operational continuity
