About The Position

Granicus is seeking a Revenue Technology Manager to help our sales organization work smarter, move faster, and get more value from our revenue technology ecosystem. This role partners closely with sellers, sales leadership, enablement, and business systems to design practical workflows, drive technology adoption, and turn tools into measurable revenue impact. This is a highly visible role within Sales Enablement, ideal for someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and who thrives at the intersection of people, process, and technology. You will serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for sellers, ensuring that revenue technology supports how teams sell—not the other way around.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, technology, or related fields OR equivalent experience
  • Technical platform certifications (ex: Salesforce trailhead)
  • 6+ years of experience in Business Systems, sales enablement, sales operations, preferably in a SaaS model, or B2G environment
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing & training tech stack workflows, technology adoption and productivity that drive revenue growth
  • Adept in driving change management for technology & productivity in revenue organizations
  • Effective project management skills, including challenging the status quo and identifying needs to re-assess existing approaches/processes; proven ability to oversee a project with objective of prioritizing and investing time appropriately
  • Ability to work under pressure and within short time constraints in a complex system and business integrated environment
  • Must be able to set expectations with internal customers, and meet those expectations
  • Experience with other best-in-class sales technology, including but not limited to: Salesloft, Clari, Gong, Highspot

Responsibilities

  • Represent the revenue end user points of view in Business Systems and Operations across the entire lead-to-revenue workflow.
  • Train and enable end users across the revenue team to leverage platform efficiently, impacting time to productivity.
  • Develop and document user workflows for revenue teams ensuring alignment with Granicus’s sales methodology and process.
  • Create, identify, and refine technology workflows and documentation supporting critical sales activities.
  • Quantify and report on user adoption, tool utilization, and productivity metrics to inform enablement strategy and platform optimization.
  • Manage tool governance, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensure appropriate user settings and guidelines are in place and maintained.
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges and serve as the front-line platform response.
  • Test new features and platform functions before and after implementation to ensure readiness and usability.
  • Innovate with in-platform AI capabilities to streamline user workflows, reduce friction, and eliminate duplicative tasks across the sales tech stack.
  • Implement a systematic approach to the adoption, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of various technology platforms within the Sales organization.
  • Participate in high-impact parts of the planning cycle for Integrations, New GTM Initiatives, and Territory Updates.
  • Become an expert in our systems and processes and act as a subject matter expert to the business.
  • Act as an internal business partner to Revenue Leadership. Form a regular cadence and build a strong internal brand within your stakeholder group.
