About The Position

In this role, you will bring structure, clarity, and insight to the organization’s B2B revenue operations. You will translate high-level growth goals into actionable plans, models, and reports that sales and revenue teams can trust to make informed decisions. This position combines hands-on analytical work with cross-functional collaboration, including working closely with Sales leaders, Revenue Operations, and other GTM teams. You will analyze funnel performance, forecast revenue, support planning cadences, and identify opportunities for process improvements. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoys turning complex data into strategic recommendations that drive measurable business impact. Your work will directly influence revenue growth, operational efficiency, and the organization’s ability to scale effectively.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Strategy, or analytics supporting B2B or B2B2C motions
  • Strong expertise in spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel), including multi-tab models, logical functions, and error-free analysis
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, building dashboards, reports, and maintaining data hygiene
  • Proven ability to support forecasting and planning processes, including capacity and coverage models
  • Comfort with ambiguous problems, structuring work, and delivering measurable improvements

Responsibilities

  • Translate company-wide growth targets into concrete revenue plans, models, and actionable insights
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and forecasting models to track sales and pipeline performance
  • Support planning and review cadences by analyzing historical data and projecting future outcomes
  • Identify gaps or inefficiencies in revenue processes and recommend actionable improvements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Revenue Operations, and GTM teams to align strategies and plans
  • Partner with analytics teams to validate data, support segmentation, and optimize coverage and funnel design
