About The Position

This role is responsible for defining and executing the web strategy for corporate and associated public-facing websites, driving growth, engagement, and customer acquisition through optimized user experiences. You will partner with cross-functional teams, including content, digital marketing, product marketing, and design, to ensure websites effectively support brand positioning and business objectives. The position requires a balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution, including SEO/GEO, conversion optimization, AI-powered enhancements, and internationalization efforts. You will leverage analytics, user research, and testing to inform decisions and continuously improve the digital experience. The role demands leadership in guiding both in-house and offshore teams while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment. Strong communication, technical understanding, and a passion for creating engaging, high-performing web experiences are essential.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing B2B websites
  • Experience leading and developing in-house and offshore web development and design teams
  • Deep understanding of web technologies, front-end and back-end development, and UI/UX best practices
  • Expertise with WordPress, Google Analytics, MS Office, and project management tools; familiarity with Marketo and Salesforce preferred
  • Knowledge of programming languages and web applications including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, REST, SOAP
  • Experience with SEO and GEO strategies and tools
  • Strong communication, content creation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment with attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree required; relevant technical or design background preferred

Responsibilities

  • Drive the evolution of the web strategy to meet business growth, engagement, and enablement goals
  • Optimize website performance and user experience through testing, analytics, and iterative improvements
  • Lead SEO and GEO strategies to increase visibility, traffic, and inbound acquisition
  • Partner with design and brand teams to ensure a cohesive visual experience across all digital touchpoints
  • Implement AI-driven solutions to enhance website functionality, conversion, and operational efficiency
  • Manage website content strategy, including creation, editing, proofreading, and publishing of high-quality content
  • Oversee global web strategy, including internationalization and localization efforts
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements, including copyright, data protection, GDPR, and CCPA
