About The Position

The Revenue Strategy and Operations role is a generalist position at Clipboard, suited for the “all-around athlete” who can do it all and wants exposure to a range of problems and opportunities. You’re likely someone with an analytical mind who’s interested in and capable of solving different problem types – you’re a critical thinker, resourceful, adaptable, and confident that you can figure it out if you can sink your teeth in deep enough. These are the ingredients for a problem-solver who is eager to flex into multiple types of projects and responsibilities, depending on what’s needed and most impactful.

Requirements

  • 0-4 years of professional experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or consulting.
  • A fast learner who thrives in fast-paced and dynamic environments
  • Eager to uncover insights to inform a country-wide sales strategy
  • Data-driven and strategic, able to shape plans and potentially pivot your thinking based on insights
  • Comfortable owning results end to end with minimal oversight

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in customer-facing roles
  • Experience in analytical roles, such as Management, Consulting, Revenue Operations, and Sales Operations
  • Having worked on Marketplaces and/or Startups
  • A foundation in data manipulation tools is beneficial, but not mandatory (E.g., Excel, SQL)

Responsibilities

  • Run marketing experiments to increase inbound leads
  • Build a system for targeting competitors
  • Create an algorithm that identifies churn in high utilization customers
  • Develop an outbound email strategy
