Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in typing
- Basic math skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- All SafeStreets employees must be 18 years of age or older
- GED/HS
Nice To Haves
- Previous Billing experience of at least 2 years preferred
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all billing operations and support collections activities for residential and commercial accounts, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely payment posting, and compliance with company policies and collection regulations.
- Prepare and send invoices to customers in a timely manner
- Verify accuracy of billing data and revise any errors
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and other departments to resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain and update customer records and billing system data
- Assist with special projects as needed
