Requirements

• Experience in revenue integrity, denial analysis, billing compliance, or revenue cycle analytics
• Epic experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting denial prevention or revenue recovery initiatives
• Healthcare certification (coding, billing, or revenue cycle) preferred

Responsibilities

• Identifying, analyzing, and reducing revenue loss through denial prevention, write off analysis, and upstream recovery optimization.
• Performing detailed data analysis to identify trends.
• Conducting root cause analysis of denials and operational adjustments.
• Partnering with clinical, coding, revenue cycle, and finance teams to drive corrective actions.
• Supporting enterprise revenue integrity by improving processes, educating stakeholders, and monitoring the effectiveness of remediation efforts.
