About The Position

All Star Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to support the execution of key operational processes that ensure accurate expense management and provider pay. This role is responsible for reviewing and validating time and expense activity, managing travel and operational expense workflows, and helping maintain the integrity of operational data across systems. This is a highly detail-oriented, execution-focused role that partners closely with Sales and Finance to ensure timely and accurate processing throughout the revenue cycle.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume transactional work with accuracy.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across Finance, Payroll, Sales, and Operations teams.
  • 3–6+ years of experience in revenue operations, payroll, billing, finance operations, sales operations, accounting support, or related operational roles.
  • Experience working with time and expense management, payroll processing, billing operations, or invoice support.
  • Experience working in CRM and operational systems (Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Review and process travel-related expenses, including provider travel, credentialing expenses, and other operational expenses.
  • Validate expense documentation and ensure expenses are appropriately coded and associated with the correct assignment or provider.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve expense discrepancies and exceptions.
  • Support ongoing efforts to automate expense intake and validation processes.
  • Review provider time and expense submissions for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
  • Validate submissions against assignment details, rates, schedules, and supporting documentation.
  • Monitor and follow up on missing, incomplete, or incorrect submissions.
  • Support process improvements designed to reduce manual effort and increase automation.
  • Support accurate provider pay and client invoicing by validating time, expense, and related operational data.
  • Research and resolve discrepancies impacting payroll, billing, or reporting.
  • Assist with corrections, adjustments, and documentation required for payroll and billing resolution.
  • Maintain supporting records to ensure audit readiness and data integrity.
  • Monitor operational work queues and processing SLAs to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation within Salesforce and other operational systems.
  • Identify recurring issues, process gaps, and opportunities for workflow improvement.
  • Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), process documentation, and implementation of system enhancements.
  • Support exception management and operational issue resolution across Revenue Operations workflows.
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
