Requirements

  • 3-4 years hands-on experience in Revenue or GTM Operations
  • Deep HubSpot expertise, including workflows, reporting, integrations, automation, and campaign management.
  • Experience working in an SMB SaaS startup or high-growth environment.
  • Strong understanding of integrating AI into processes and automations.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to drive decisions.
  • Strong communication skills, able to communicate up and down the organization.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with automation platforms such as Make, n8n, Zapier, or Workato.
  • Experience building AI-powered workflows using tools like Base44, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar.
  • Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and JSON.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize our HubSpot instance, including workflows, integrations, properties, lifecycle management, and reporting infrastructure across the full customer journey from first touch through renewal and retention.
  • Support Marketing operations, ensuring campaigns, lead routing, attribution, and reporting are running efficiently and accurately.
  • Support Sales operations, ensuring no lead or deal slips through the cracks and always looking for ways to increase our win rates
  • Support CX operations, including onboarding workflows, customer health tracking, renewal processes, and retention reporting, ensuring post-sale teams have the systems and data they need to deliver a great customer experience.
  • Build and maintain the systems that power our go-to-market and customer success engine, turning manual processes into scalable automations across sales, onboarding, and retention.
  • Analyze full-funnel performance from lead acquisition through expansion and churn to identify opportunities, surface insights, and drive smarter decision-making.
  • Partner closely with sales, marketing, partnerships, CX/customer success, and leadership to proactively improve operational efficiency and accelerate growth across the entire customer lifecycle.
