About The Position

We’re looking for a performance-driven operator to help scale and harden our sales revenue engine. This role sits within the RevOps team but is fully dedicated to Sales. Your mission is to increase pipeline quality, forecast reliability, and sales productivity by building rigorous operational foundations. You will be a key performance partner to Sales leadership. You will help enforce the standards, discipline, and visibility required to drive predictable revenue growth. You will translate business needs into structured, scalable systems that improve execution across the funnel. This position is designed for a high-potential operator who wants to grow into broader ownership within Revenue Operations over time.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Revenue Operations within a performance-driven environment.
  • Strong CRM expertise (Hubspot strongly preferred) with a track record of enforcing process discipline.
  • Deep understanding of pipeline mechanics, forecasting methodology, and sales performance drivers.
  • Experience improving funnel governance, reporting frameworks, or workflow rigor.
  • Ability to translate data into structured recommendations that influence execution.
  • Comfortable challenging inconsistencies and reinforcing operational standards with Sales stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and ownership-driven.
  • Strong English skills to collaborate across international teams.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales leadership to drive adoption of high-performance standards.
  • Elevate funnel management by strengthening qualification frameworks, opportunity hygiene, and stage progression rigor.
  • Increase forecast reliability by improving reporting structures, data accuracy, and pipeline inspection processes.
  • Ensure seamless Marketing-to-Sales handoffs and enforce lead management standards that protect conversion rates.
  • Own and continuously optimize Sales workflows in Hubspot to reduce friction and increase execution consistency.
  • Operationalize established KPI definitions and reporting logic in partnership with the team, ensuring field adherence and data integrity.
  • Support quota deployment and performance tracking, ensuring accurate commission data and visibility into target attainment.
  • Analyze pipeline generation, conversion, and velocity metrics to proactively identify revenue risks and performance gaps.
  • Support territory execution and account distribution processes to maintain balanced coverage and productivity visibility.
  • Continuously identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and productivity gaps — and propose structured improvements.
