We’re looking for a performance-driven operator to help scale and harden our sales revenue engine. This role sits within the RevOps team but is fully dedicated to Sales. Your mission is to increase pipeline quality, forecast reliability, and sales productivity by building rigorous operational foundations. You will be a key performance partner to Sales leadership. You will help enforce the standards, discipline, and visibility required to drive predictable revenue growth. You will translate business needs into structured, scalable systems that improve execution across the funnel. This position is designed for a high-potential operator who wants to grow into broader ownership within Revenue Operations over time.
