About The Position

We’re looking for a revenue-minded operator to help scale and strengthen our post-sales operating engine. This role sits within the RevOps team but is fully dedicated to Customer Success (internally called Partner Success). Your mission is to bring structure, predictability, and revenue visibility to everything that happens after a deal is closed. You’ll work closely with Partner Success leadership to turn business needs into scalable operational systems. This role is about partnership, understanding pain points, designing thoughtful solutions, and ensuring our post-sales processes drive retention and expansion effectively. This role is designed for a high-potential operator who wants to grow into full ownership of post-sales revenue operations over time.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in RevOps, CS Ops, or Revenue Operations with exposure to post-sales processes.
  • Strong CRM expertise (Hubspot strongly preferred).
  • Solid understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, and expansion mechanics.
  • Experience building or improving health scoring or performance tracking frameworks.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into operational decisions.
  • Comfortable navigating stakeholder discussions and offering structured recommendations when needed.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and ownership-driven.
  • Strong English skills to collaborate with international teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support and progressively take ownership of expansion pipeline governance, CRM hygiene (Partner Success scope), and forecast accuracy.
  • Build and continuously improve post-sales funnel stages and expansion tracking frameworks.
  • Strengthen expansion revenue visibility through structured reporting and improved data logic.
  • Ensure seamless Sales-to-Partner Success handoffs and aligned post-sales revenue tracking.
  • Own Partner Success operational workflows in Hubspot end-to-end.
  • Design, roll out, and iterate on customer health and expansion scoring models.
  • Build upsell detection and performance tracking to improve expansion predictability and efficiency.
  • Translate Partner Success needs into scalable operational frameworks and measurable insights.
  • Proactively surface churn risks, portfolio trends, and expansion opportunities.
