We’re looking for a revenue-minded operator to help scale and strengthen our post-sales operating engine. This role sits within the RevOps team but is fully dedicated to Customer Success (internally called Partner Success). Your mission is to bring structure, predictability, and revenue visibility to everything that happens after a deal is closed. You’ll work closely with Partner Success leadership to turn business needs into scalable operational systems. This role is about partnership, understanding pain points, designing thoughtful solutions, and ensuring our post-sales processes drive retention and expansion effectively. If you enjoy bringing clarity to complexity and building systems that enable teams to perform at their best, this role is for you. This role is designed for a high-potential operator who wants to grow into full ownership of post-sales revenue operations over time.
