About The Position

We're looking for a Revenue Operations Partner to play a key role in driving operational excellence, providing strategic insight, and enabling high-performing commercial teams. Working closely with Sales and Revenue leaders, you'll help optimise processes, improve forecasting accuracy, strengthen pipeline performance, and support data-driven decision-making. Requirements

Experience within Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or a similar business support function.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide practical recommendations.
Confident building relationships and partnering with a range of stakeholders across commercial teams.
Experience working with CRM platforms, ideally Salesforce, and reporting or business intelligence tools.
Good understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue performance metrics.
Able to balance attention to detail with a broader commercial mindset.
Proactive and solution-focused, with a passion for improving processes and delivering positive business outcomes.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can evolve and change.

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales and Revenue leaders to provide operational support and strategic insights that drive business performance.
Analyse pipeline health and sales performance to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Support forecasting cycles, territory planning, target setting, and capacity planning activities.
Maintain forecast accuracy and pipeline integrity through effective governance and reporting practices.
Collaborate with commercial teams to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and support operational scalability.
Assist with deal reviews and commercial processes, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives.
Produce meaningful reports and dashboards that translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across systems, tools, and revenue operations processes.
