The Senior Revenue Operations Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor to Sales and Business Leadership, driving operational excellence through scalable processes, data-driven insights, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, IT, and MedSurg divisional leaders to optimize the CRM supporting sales productivity, improved forecasting accuracy, enhanced sales coverage models, and support strategic growth initiatives.
