We are seeking experienced RevOps Manager professionals with expertise in managing, organizing, and leveraging CRM’s for sustainable, trackable growth.

Requirements

3+ Years experience managing CRM integrations, database migrations, & workflow automation
2+ Years experience in HubSpot CRM, Sales Hub, Ops Hub , SFDC, and other third-party cloud tools
2+ Years experience presenting to client stakeholders at various levels of the organization (entry to senior) with strong written and verbal communication
Ability to take a data led approach to campaign strategy with hands on experience in tactical execution - setting up, optimizing, and reporting on CRM changes
Experience delivering results and recommendations to clients via weekly check-ins, quarterly business reviews and daily communication
Ability to be client facing and manage conversations
Proven history of improving CRM processes, including training and oversight of new hires, peers and direct reports
Ability to maintain a positive attitude within a sometimes challenging, high-growth environment

Responsibilities

Support the Marketing strategy, management, and reporting for our customers
Develop and implement Marketing Automation best practices and SOP’s that are consistent and scalable across a growing team
Conduct and present client audits of Marketing Instances with ability to communicate findings and next steps to a variety of stakeholders
Facilitate effective client-onboarding processes to integrate new business, including staff utilization and organizational planning when necessary
Own & lead all technical & data integrations (HubSpot, SFDC, & more) across CRM, sales, service, and marketing suites
Manage and train new hires to ensure best practices are consistently upheld as the team grows
