About The Position

Wellio is seeking its first dedicated Revenue Operations Manager to build the systems, data, and processes that connect Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success across Australia, the UK, and international markets. The company has experienced rapid growth, and this role will focus on addressing infrastructure gaps, establishing trusted commercial data, and improving the reliability of core revenue processes. This is a hands-on position requiring direct work with HubSpot, reporting, workflows, integrations, and automation. The goal is to balance immediate improvements with foundational elements that can support Wellio's growth towards $20-30 million in revenue. The role involves close collaboration with founders and leaders across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance, providing analysis, recommendations, and implementing agreed-upon decisions into systems and workflows.

Requirements

  • A track record of building or materially improving revenue operations in a scaling SaaS business.
  • Strong technical fundamentals and hands-on capability, including direct experience with HubSpot.
  • Deep understanding of CRM architecture, data models, lifecycle design, reporting, workflows, and integrations.
  • Ability to diagnose problems and implement durable fixes.
  • Commercial understanding across the customer journey, including acquisition, onboarding, retention, and expansion.
  • Ability to connect operational improvements to business outcomes.
  • Sound judgment and disciplined prioritization skills.
  • Ability to take a loosely defined problem, determine what matters, and deliver practical improvements quickly.
  • Credibility and collaboration skills to build trust with functional leaders, challenge assumptions constructively, and secure buy-in for changes.
  • Experience leading AI implementation, including building and leading adoption of AI-enabled workflows in a commercial environment with measurable improvements.
  • Ability to identify valuable AI use cases, connect reliable data and customer context, evaluate quality, and establish appropriate governance.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, pace, and imperfect infrastructure.
  • Motivation to improve revenue operations in a growing company.

Responsibilities

  • Establish trusted commercial data by owning HubSpot architecture, data models, lifecycle stages, and data quality.
  • Define clear metric definitions and authoritative sources across CRM, customer, product, and finance data.
  • Build reporting that supports action, including shared scorecards and dashboards to track performance, identify risks, and highlight areas needing attention.
  • Establish reliable inputs and processes for forecasting, renewal, and expansion planning.
  • Improve the end-to-end customer journey by standardizing core processes and handoffs across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Own and improve the commercial technology stack, including GTM tools, integrations, licenses, access, and adoption.
  • Build and repair workflows, reduce manual tasks, and ensure critical processes are documented and monitored.
  • Lead the development and adoption of AI-enabled workflows and a shared commercial knowledge base.
  • Own commercial AI priorities, implementation, and governance, partnering with technical leadership on architecture and security.
  • Support commercial planning and execution by providing reliable analysis of customer segments, market opportunity, capacity, pipeline, and performance.
  • Strengthen planning processes to translate commercial priorities into coordinated action.
  • Maintain a prioritized RevOps roadmap with leadership, coordinate cross-functional improvements, and support key commercial meetings with analysis and follow-through.
  • Work with teams to ensure new processes are understood and adopted.
