About The Position

Sigma is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to join a rapidly scaling business unit that has surpassed $200M in overall revenue and is experiencing year-on-year doubling growth. This role is embedded within the business, working directly alongside the Area VP of Sales, acting as a trusted advisor with a bias for action and strong analytical skills. The position is ideal for someone who has outgrown execution and wishes to shape strategy, proactively identifying and addressing challenges before they arise. The role involves designing systems rather than just running reports.

Requirements

  • Approximately 10 years of experience in Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, or a Chief of Staff function within a high-growth B2B SaaS business.
  • Deep familiarity with the operational workings of a high-performance GTM engine, including pipeline hygiene, territory management, coverage models, operating rhythms, and annual planning.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex situations clearly and concisely.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, speed, and shifting priorities.
  • Curiosity about AI and automation, and the ability to integrate these into current systems for operational rigor, speed, and efficiency.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering directly with VP-level or above sales leadership.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and at least one analytics or BI platform.
  • Hands-on experience deploying LLM-powered automation and AI-native tools in a GTM context.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to New York City.

Nice To Haves

  • Someone who gets uncomfortable when they are the last to see a problem coming.
  • Someone who would rather design the system than run the report.
  • Present: Ability to build trust quickly and earn a seat at the table with experienced sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proactive: Ability to look around corners, flag risks early, and present a point of view without being asked.
  • Precise: Ability to translate complex situations clearly for the right audience, focusing on a sharp read and recommended next step.
  • A builder: Energized by making things work better at scale and treating process as infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Owning the operating rhythm of a high-growth sales organization, including QBRs, planning cycles, leadership offsites, and team alignment cadences.
  • Leading annual planning from the ground up in collaboration with sales leadership.
  • Conducting strategic diagnostics to identify leading indicators, structural risks, and pipeline dynamics.
  • Developing AI-native workflows to eliminate repetitive tasks and enable the team to focus on decision-making.
