About The Position

RiskSpan is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to establish structure, visibility, and scalability for its commercial operations. This role will be responsible for the systems, data, and processes that link Sales and Customer Success, ensuring timely and accurate information flow. The ideal candidate is proactive in identifying and resolving process inefficiencies.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related role in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Salesforce proficiency: ability to build reports and dashboards, ensure data integrity, manage workflows, and maintain CRM health.
  • Experience working with enterprise sales data, including long deal cycles, relationship-driven pipelines, and multi-stakeholder accounts.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate raw data into clear, actionable stories.
  • Comfort operating with autonomy in an environment that is still developing its processes.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting compensation plan tracking or commission calculations.
  • Familiarity with financial services or fintech.

Responsibilities

  • Own and administer Salesforce: manage data integrity, pipeline hygiene, workflow automation, and user adoption.
  • Design and maintain reporting and dashboards in Salesforce and/or Claude for real-time visibility into pipeline, forecast, and customer health.
  • Build and document inter-departmental processes between Sales and Customer Success, including handoffs, renewals, and expansion triggers.
  • Track and report on key revenue KPIs such as new logo ARR, NRR, GRR, expansion ARR, pipeline coverage, deal velocity, and conversion rates.
  • Analyze revenue data to provide insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Support compensation plan tracking for Account Executives (AEs) and Customer Success Managers (CSMs).
  • Partner with AEs and CSMs to reduce friction by improving tools, data quality, and minimizing manual workarounds.
  • Support onboarding and ongoing enablement for the sales and customer success teams.
