Revenue Operations Manager

Lightspeed Commerce, Inc.Montreal, QC

About The Position

Lightspeed is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to join their Global Revenue Planning & Reporting team. This role will be responsible for forecasting operations, performance pacing, and managing activity reporting. The manager will be central to GTM (Go-To-Market) visibility, designing and maintaining the forecasting process, pacing standards, and performance reports used by GTM leadership weekly. This is a highly autonomous position for someone with strong analytical precision and operational rigor. The individual will own the forecasting methodology, manage the infrastructure, and ensure stakeholders have the necessary context for action. The role is ideal for someone motivated by establishing reliable processes that enable faster decision-making and who holds themselves to high standards of accuracy and timeliness.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a GTM analytics function.
  • Proven expertise in managing a forecasting process within a B2B SaaS environment – you have structured and driven this cadence, not just participated.
  • Deep experience with Clari and Salesforce for forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
  • Strong command of Gong (or equivalent conversation intelligence tools) for tracking sales rep activity.
  • Solid analytical skills with hands-on experience with BigQuery and Looker – you can design and QA your own reports.
  • A strong track record of producing accurate, timely, and leadership-ready reports in a fast-paced environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Business Analytics, Operations, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English as the working language is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Pigment or similar planning tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the weekly forecast cadence: own the end-to-end forecasting process, including methodology, pacing standards, and the reporting package that feeds weekly GTM leadership standups.
  • Create and maintain forecast and pacing dashboards: design and drive the dashboards and tracking tools (Clari, Salesforce) that provide GTM leadership with a clear, consistent, and reliable view of the company’s trajectory.
  • Track sales rep activity as a lever for performance: maintain the activity tracking infrastructure and surface signals that explain performance deviations before they become problematic for leadership.
  • Own forecast infrastructure maintenance: execute pacing logic, perform recurring quality assurance (QA) on all forecasts and performance reports, and proactively flag data integrity issues before they reach stakeholders.
  • Support the Monthly Business Review (MBR): provide analysis and performance metrics for the company’s MBR contributions on key GTM metrics, including Added ARR, NRR, TTV%, and average days to close across NOAM, EMEA, APAC, and INTL regions.
  • Collaborate with Data and IS teams: work closely with data and systems partners to continuously maintain and improve the forecast infrastructure, ensuring tools anticipate business needs.
  • Contribute to organizational goals within the broader team, even if it involves completing tasks that are not strictly within your job scope.
