About The Position

Betterment is seeking an analyst and builder for its Revenue Operations team to act as a force multiplier for the go-to-market organization. This role involves tackling ambiguous, high-impact questions, defining problems, designing solutions, and driving them through build, adoption, and continuous improvement. The role operates in three modes: driving the analytical core (forecasting, executive reporting, revenue planning, QBR-grade analyses, quota and target analytics), building net-new systems (internal tools, data models, reporting infrastructure), and leveraging AI to enhance Revenue Operations efficiency through AI-assisted tooling, account scoring, and automation. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, a systems mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and technology adoption. The role emphasizes driving solutions to adoption and ensuring they are documented and self-sustaining. This position is based in the NYC office.

  • A systems mindset, anticipating edge cases, understanding downstream impacts, and designing scalable solutions.
  • Fluency with modern AI tools to accelerate analysis, problem-solving, and development, including comfort with agentic AI workflows and critical evaluation of outputs.
  • Strong analytical instincts and business judgment.
  • Executive-ready communication skills, with the ability to confidently present analysis to senior leadership.
