Cast & Crew•Burbank, CA

About The Position

The Revenue Operations Manager supports the CRO in prioritizing strategic initiatives, establishing effective operating rhythms, and driving organizational execution. As a hands-on business operations partner, the role creates visibility, accountability, and follow-through across the revenue organization. Responsibilities may include performance reporting, forecasting, operational planning, cross-functional initiatives, and process improvement. Priorities and depth of ownership will evolve based on business needs. The role partners with the CRO and leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Client Success, and Operations. It improves forecasting and pipeline discipline, establishes performance and ROI measures, maintains budget visibility, supports HubSpot reporting and workflows, develops sales policies and enablement, and helps execute cross-functional priorities. Success means the Commercial Organization has clear priorities and visible progress; recurring reviews produce decisions and follow-through; leaders can assess forecasts and rep performance and act on risks; and HubSpot reporting, sales policies, territories, quotas, and rules of engagement are useful, clear, and consistently applied.
