Revenue Operations Leader (Senior Director–VP)

hyperexponential•New York, NY
•$276,000 - $348,000•Hybrid

About The Position

This role is an opportunity to help rebuild the operating system behind how hyperexponential (hx) grows, from pipeline creation and multithreaded engagement through to expansion. The Revenue Operations Leader will be responsible for transforming and rebuilding the GTM motion, which is not in a steady state. This includes launching new motions, working with larger enterprise accounts, changing how pre and post-sales work together, and introducing agentic workflows. The goal is to make hx feel better run as it becomes more complex, not harder to run. The Revenue Operations function sits at the center of how hx grows, and this role will lead RevOps across Sales, Marketing, and Customer. The challenge is to build an operating system that can make a complex revenue organization run exceptionally well today while continuously redesigning how it should work in an agentic future. This is a hands-on leadership role where the individual will set the architecture, get deep into the detail when needed, and use AI and automation to fundamentally change the amount and quality of work the team can deliver.

Requirements

  • Led Revenue Operations, GTM Operations or a similarly broad commercial operations function in a high-growth B2B business.
  • Operated across more than one part of the funnel, with a strong understanding of how Sales, Marketing and Customer systems connect.
  • Worked with complex enterprise sales motions where pipeline quality, deal progression, forecasting and capacity planning require real commercial judgement.
  • Been a trusted partner to senior commercial leaders, able to challenge assumptions and influence decisions rather than simply service requests.
  • Strong hands-on understanding of CRM, automation and the broader GTM technology stack.
  • Used AI and automation to create meaningful operational leverage, rather than treating them as side experiments.
  • Worked successfully in environments where the operating model is still evolving and there often isn’t an existing playbook to follow.

Nice To Haves

  • Redesign workflows around AI and automation, not simply layer AI onto existing processes. Identify where judgement matters, where work can be automated, and where technology can materially increase human leverage.
