As the Revenue Operations Lead, you will architect the core AI-native engine behind our go-to-market architecture. You are a systems-builder tasked with building, scaling, and optimizing the entire revenue lifecycle - aligning Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to fuel aggressive growth.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who thrives on turning chaotic GTM processes into a predictable, revenue-generating machine. Working directly alongside our CEO and founding GTM leaders, you will act as the operational spine of our commercial efforts, establishing the data foundation, tech stack, and deal mechanics that allow Aegis AI to scale seamlessly into the enterprise market.

Requirements

• 2–5+ Years of Operations Experience: Proven track record in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or BizOps at a high-growth B2B SaaS startup. Enterprise cybersecurity or developer-tool experience is a strong plus.
• Systems Builder & Tech Stack Power-User: Deep, hands-on experience configuring CRMs (Salesforce/HubSpot) and building custom reports, automation sequences, and integration workflows.
• Analytical & Data-Driven: Highly proficient in data manipulation (SQL, advanced Excel/Sheets, or BI tools like Looker/Tableau). You look past surface metrics to uncover the root causes of pipeline conversion or churn issues.
• High Agency & Execution-Focused: You don't wait for a playbook; you write it. You are equally comfortable whiteboarding a complex lead routing model with leadership or troubleshooting a broken trigger in the CRM yourself.
• Clear Communicator: You translate raw pipeline data into crisp, strategic narratives for GTM leaders, executive teams, and Tier-1 investors.

Responsibilities

• AI Automation: You can build AI workflows, skills, and processes to automate 80% of what a traditional revops team would do
• GTM Systems & Architecture: Own, build, and optimize our revenue tech stack (HubSpot/Salesforce, outbound automation, data enrichment tools, and reporting dashboards). Ensure seamless data flow and zero-friction workflows across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Pipeline & Revenue Forecasting: Establish predictable pipeline analytics and forecasting models. Track core SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, NDR, win rates, conversion bottlenecks) to provide actionable insights directly to leadership and investors.
• Deal Operations & Strategy: Support the enterprise sales engine by standardizing deal Desk processes, contracting workflows, pricing/packaging frameworks, and sales enablement resources to shorten sales cycles.
• Territory & Quotas: Design fair, data-driven territory mapping, lead routing rules, and quota/incentive compensation models that align team behavior with top-line growth objectives.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Break down operational silos between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Post-Sales to create a frictionless customer journey from first touch to expansion.
