About The Position

The Revenue Operations Coordinator is a role designed for someone eager to learn how revenue teams operate and how the business and industry work end‑to-end. This role supports the Sales and Marketing teams by helping coordinate day‑to-day operations, maintain key processes, and ensure initiatives move forward smoothly. The role offers hands‑on exposure to revenue strategy, sales and operations in a dynamic environment. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related; 3+ years of related work experience
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and shifting priorities
  • Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Self‑starter mindset — someone who takes initiative and doesn’t wait to be told what to do
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment where priorities can evolve
  • Curious and eager to learn, and open to feedback

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive sales and marketing plans, supporting broader revenue and growth objectives
  • Support day‑to-day revenue operations activities, including reporting, data updates, process coordination, and maintaining internal trackers, dashboards, and documentation
  • Provide administrative and operational support to Business Development and Revenue team members, including calendar management, meeting coordination, scheduling, and occasional travel support
  • Support sales and revenue meetings by preparing agendas, capturing meeting notes, and following up on action items to ensure accountability and progress
  • Assist in the organization of sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
  • Conduct research on sales opportunities, market trends, and competitive insights to help identify potential areas for growth
  • Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to requests and inquiries in a clear, timely, and professional manner
  • Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables stay on track and timelines are met
  • Identify gaps or inefficiencies in processes and proactively suggest improvements
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow through with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and accountability
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion, always maintaining confidentiality and integrity
