About The Position

We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for experienced professionals with backgrounds in revenue operations, sales operations, go-to-market strategy, commercial planning, and related revenue-focused roles. This role focuses on reviewing and evaluating commercial, revenue, and sales-related documents and work products for quality, accuracy, relevance, and strategic soundness. Selected professionals will assess analyses, plans, presentations, spreadsheets, and supporting materials while providing clear, structured feedback.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher
At least 2+ years of relevant professional experience in revenue operations, sales operations, go-to-market strategy, sales, business operations, or a closely related field
Experience as a Revenue Operations Analyst, Sales Operations Specialist, GTM Manager, Sales Analyst, Business Operations Analyst, or similar professional
Strong understanding of revenue operations, sales processes, commercial strategy, and performance analysis
Strong analytical and document-review skills
Strong written communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines
Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Comfortable reviewing varied commercial and revenue-focused work products
Able to work independently and provide precise professional feedback

Responsibilities

Revenue Operations: Review revenue operations plans, workflows, and professional materials for accuracy and completeness. Assess whether proposed processes effectively support commercial and revenue objectives. Evaluate operational dependencies, ownership, and execution considerations. Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or unsupported recommendations. Apply practical judgement grounded in real-world revenue operations experience.
Sales Operations: Evaluate sales operations materials, processes, and supporting analyses. Review sales planning, performance tracking, territory or pipeline-related workflows where relevant. Assess whether recommendations are practical and logically supported. Identify operational inefficiencies, missing information, or coordination issues. Evaluate sales-related processes for clarity and effectiveness.
Commercial & Go-to-Market Strategy: Review commercial and go-to-market plans for strategic coherence. Assess target markets, customer segments, positioning, channels, and execution priorities. Evaluate whether proposed approaches appropriately support growth and revenue objectives. Identify weak assumptions, inconsistencies, or gaps in commercial planning. Review recommendations for practicality and business relevance.
Sales Performance & Analysis: Review sales and revenue performance analyses. Assess metrics, assumptions, trends, and supporting data. Evaluate whether conclusions are appropriately supported by available information. Identify analytical inconsistencies or unsupported recommendations. Review reporting for clarity, accuracy, and decision usefulness.
Process & Workflow Evaluation: Review revenue and sales workflows across relevant business functions. Assess handoffs, responsibilities, dependencies, and execution steps. Identify bottlenecks, unclear ownership, or process gaps. Evaluate proposed workflow improvements for practicality. Apply structured judgement to cross-functional commercial operations.
Spreadsheet Review: Review Excel spreadsheets for accuracy, consistency, and professional quality. Assess calculations, tables, assumptions, metrics, and supporting data. Identify errors, inconsistencies, or missing information. Evaluate whether spreadsheet outputs support stated conclusions. Maintain strong attention to detail across quantitative work products.
Document & Presentation Review: Review Word documents and PowerPoint presentations for clarity, accuracy, and professional quality. Assess commercial narratives, analyses, recommendations, and supporting information. Identify inconsistencies between underlying data and presented conclusions. Evaluate whether complex revenue and sales information is communicated effectively. Review materials against defined project guidelines.
Structured Evaluation & Feedback: Assess assigned work products against defined quality standards. Identify substantive commercial, operational, analytical, and presentation issues. Distinguish material concerns from minor editorial issues. Provide clear, concise, and actionable written feedback. Apply evaluation criteria consistently across assignments.
