About The Position

We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for experienced operations, programme, and project management professionals with backgrounds in operational planning, cross-functional execution, programme delivery, and process coordination. This role focuses on reviewing and evaluating operations and programme-management documents and work products for quality, accuracy, relevance, and professional soundness. Selected professionals will assess plans, workflows, analyses, presentations, and supporting materials while providing clear, structured feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • At least 2+ years of relevant professional experience in operations, programme management, project management, or a closely related field
  • Experience as an Operations Manager, Program Manager, Project Manager, Operations Lead, Program Lead , or similar professional
  • Strong understanding of operational planning, programme delivery, project execution, and cross-functional coordination
  • Strong analytical and document-review skills
  • Strong written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines
  • Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Comfortable reviewing varied operational and programme-management work products
  • Able to work independently and provide precise professional feedback
  • Applicants must be based in the United States, Europe, United Kingdom, or Canada

Responsibilities

  • Review operational plans, workflows, and related work products for accuracy and completeness
  • Assess whether proposed approaches are practical, logically structured, and operationally feasible
  • Evaluate priorities, dependencies, resources, and execution considerations
  • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or unsupported recommendations
  • Apply professional judgement grounded in real-world operations experience
  • Evaluate programme and project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Assess whether objectives, responsibilities, and dependencies are clearly defined
  • Review execution approaches for feasibility and completeness
  • Identify risks, sequencing issues, or coordination gaps
  • Evaluate whether proposed plans appropriately support intended outcomes
  • Review materials involving multiple teams, stakeholders, or workstreams
  • Assess ownership, communication, handoffs, and coordination requirements
  • Identify unclear responsibilities or operational dependencies
  • Evaluate whether cross-functional plans are realistic and actionable
  • Review recommendations for improving alignment and execution
  • Evaluate business processes and operational workflows
  • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, inconsistencies, or missing steps
  • Assess whether proposed process improvements are practical
