About The Position

The Revenue Operations Analyst supports Lima One Capital's revenue technology stack including tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Nooks, HubSpot, and supporting data tools with a focus on day-to-day system health, business-layer configuration, and data enablement. This role partners closely with a Senior System Administrator and maintains a formal dotted-line relationship to IT for activities touching compliance, user access, and cross-system integrations. In this role, you will be hands-on building and implementing new functionality across the entire Sales and Marketing technology stack. This role is ideal for someone who is analytically minded, comfortable in CRM and sales intelligence platforms, and eager to translate system capabilities into business performance.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and able read nonverbal ques.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, CRM Administration, Business Analytics, or a related SAAS (software as a service) role.
  • Hands-on experience working within a CRM, including reports, dashboards, fields, page layouts, workflows, or automation tools.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing technology (saas) platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Nooks, Outreach, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, or similar revenue technology solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, troubleshoot data issues, and recommend process improvements.
  • Experience working with data management, lead routing, data hygiene, duplicate management, and reporting best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including data manipulation, formulas, filtering, and reporting.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, document processes, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively support end users, document requirements, and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies, business processes, and revenue operations best practices.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer and not require sponsorship, now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and page layouts in support of Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Create and modify Salesforce flows for business process automation.
  • Assist in quality assurance (QA) testing for Salesforce releases and configuration updates, coordinating with IT on change control documentation.
  • Submit user access requests for Salesforce through IT's provisioning process; do not independently provision or modify user permissions.
  • Configure and manage trackers, alerts, and conversation intelligence settings within different system to help IT and RevOps management assess issues across integrations and usability bugs.
  • Monitor and resolve system errors; escalate integration issues between systems and Salesforce to IT for resolution.
  • Identify and escalate connectivity issues with Gong to IT support.
  • Document new flow triggers or automation needs across systems and submit to IT for integration review prior to implementation.
  • Building workflows, cadences, and automation directly within existing Sales stack.
  • Analyze and optimize existing sequences and manage dialer configurations in the telephony and sales cadence systems.
  • Manage seat license assignments in coordination with IT (licenses affecting SOX-scoped billing or access require IT log entry).
  • Use Data-integrity tools to identify duplicate records, missing fields, and lead routing inconsistencies — flagging recommended remediation to IT and Rev Ops leadership before bulk changes are applied.
  • Work with Distribution Engine to configure and optimize lead routing rules and queue assignments; document queue logic changes for IT change log inclusion.
  • Support speed-to-lead improvement initiatives through data hygiene and routing rule refinement.
  • Use 3rd party market data tools to identify prospect segments and support pipeline development and RevOps/Marketing/Sales campaigns.
  • Deliver segmentation opportunities, analyses, and data outputs to sales and marketing leadership.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Revenue Ops tech stack questions and minor troubleshooting for individuals sales representatives.
  • Log support tickets with IT for integration errors, system outages, or configuration issues requiring elevated access.
  • Create and manage project tasks in project management tool to track enhancements, bug fixes, and system improvement initiatives.
