About The Position

We are seeking a hands-on, detail-driven Revenue Operations Analyst to manage our go-to-market systems. In this execution-focused role, you will translate prioritized requests from Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing into Salesforce configurations, clean data, reliable reports, and polished leadership materials. Your primary mission will be to enhance the trustworthiness of our Salesforce organization through data deduplication, clear territory definition, documented fields, and actionable reporting. Requirements

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (required).
  • 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Salesforce administration, preferably within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce reports, dashboards, Data Loader, large imports, and record merges.
  • Ability to trace field usage across automations and integrations.
  • Understanding of sandbox versus production environments and safe deployment practices.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including comfort with imports, exports, and data cleanup.
  • Organized, reliable, and patient with meticulous data work, with a demonstrated ability to test changes before applying them to live records.
  • Clear written communication skills to explain changes to non-technical teammates.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ZoomInfo and Gong Engage.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Salesforce data cleanup efforts, including merging duplicate accounts, leads, and contacts; enriching and backfilling records; and deprecating unnecessary fields, all while ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations through careful, tested phases.
  • Audit and document fields that drive workflows, automations, reporting, and cross-system syncs, detailing how each is updated and the processes for maintaining data cleanliness.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of territories and account ownership for BDRs, AEs, and AMs.
  • Manage integrations between our sales stack and Salesforce, specifically the Gong Engage sync, ensuring clean activity data and reliable activity reporting, and promptly monitoring and resolving sync errors.
  • Execute ZoomInfo operations, including enrichment, list builds, and the ZoomInfo–Salesforce integration.
  • Perform Salesforce administration tasks such as managing users, profiles, permissions, fields, objects, page layouts, and validation rules.
  • Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for key metrics including pipeline, bookings, renewals, forecast, quota attainment, and sales activity.
  • Extract and compile data for QBRs and other leadership decks, including performance snapshots, pipeline tables, and forecast summaries.
  • Provide support for marketing operations, including lead routing, campaign tracking, and data flow between Act-On and Salesforce.
  • Manage a prioritized weekly sprint and ad hoc request queue, ensuring clear communication of status and early flagging of trade-offs.
