This role partners closely with the Director of Technical Revenue Accounting and cross-functional teams (Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Sales, Legal, IT, and Strategic Finance) to evaluate and document non-standard transactions, translating accounting policy into practical guidance, taking into consideration system configurations and how revenue is recognized across a growing SaaS business. The Manager plays a critical role in scaling technical accounting support across deal cycles, audit readiness, and cross-functional coordination. At Genesys, this work directly supports the accuracy and integrity of revenue reporting while enabling the business to bring innovative offerings to market with confidence. You will operate at the center of technical accounting, deal enablement, and process design, with visibility into enterprise-wide initiatives and the opportunity to drive continuous improvement across systems, controls, and policies.
