About The Position

LifeScan Enterprises is rebuilding its Finance organization following its emergence from Chapter 11, with a clearer reporting structure and a broader mandate. The North America Revenue Manager, FP&A leads revenue budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for LifeScan's North America markets — United States, Canada, and Mexico — managing a small team based in Pennsylvania. North America is LifeScan's most complex market from a channel and payer perspective, spanning managed care, PBM, Medicaid, and Medicare Part D dynamics in the US alongside distinct distributor and product-mix dynamics in Canada and Mexico. This role will play a central part in building a trusted, consolidated view of North America revenue performance as LifeScan moves beyond its post-restructuring phase into a period of renewed growth, and will work closely with commercial, trade, Market Access, and Growth Intelligence & BI teams to ensure the forecast reflects both what's happening in the business today and where the category and payer landscape are headed.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in FP&A or revenue analysis, ideally with exposure to US healthcare payer/channel dynamics (PBM, MCO, Medicaid FFS, Medicare Part D); people management experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office product suite; experience working with ERP and financial reporting/planning systems (e.g., JD Edwards, Hubble, or similar platforms).
  • Strong understanding of US healthcare reimbursement and payer-channel dynamics: PBM formulary placement and rebate negotiations, MCO/managed care contracts, FFS Medicaid, Medicare Part D, Kaiser, cash-pay, mail order, and e-commerce.
  • Growth mindset toward AI adoption in finance: proactively explores how AI tools can improve forecast accuracy, reduce manual reporting effort, or surface risks in revenue/channel data, while maintaining rigor around validating AI-assisted outputs.
  • Strong executive presentation skills, with experience presenting financial analysis and narratives to senior and executive leadership.
  • Experience with multi-channel, multi-country financial reporting and variance analysis (actual vs. budget/AOP, rolling forecast, prior year).
  • Self-starter with strong intellectual curiosity and the ability to work independently.
  • Brings a fresh perspective to existing practices and is willing to constructively question legacy processes and assumptions.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and occasional off-hours responsiveness.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience partnering with Market Access / Trade functions on payer contracting strategy and rebate structures — a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead revenue budgeting, rolling forecast, and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) submissions for North America markets (United States, Canada, and Mexico).
  • Review North America revenue actuals once delivered by Global Accounting & Controllership, and direct variance analysis by channel/country versus budget/AOP, the latest rolling forecast, and prior year.
  • Manage and develop the North America Revenue Analyst, consolidating their channel- and country-level analysis into a single regional narrative for the Head of Revenue & SG&A.
  • Partner with US channel/commercial finance teams — covering managed care organizations (MCOs), pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs), fee-for-service (FFS) Medicaid, Medicare Part D, Kaiser, cash-pay, mail order, and e-commerce — and with Canada and Mexico country leads on payer mix shifts, category trends, and distributor inventory (days-on-hand) dynamics that drive the forecast.
  • Partner closely with the Growth Intelligence & BI team on pricing, consumer/commercial insights, and analytics that inform the North America revenue forecast, and with Sales Leadership on in-market execution, demand signals, and account-level dynamics.
  • Apply AI-enabled tools to accelerate forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario modeling — including using AI to flag anomalies in actuals, draft first-pass variance commentary, and stress-test forecast assumptions — while independently validating outputs before they inform decisions or reporting.
  • Assess the ROI of promotional expenses across North America — including PBM/MCO rebates, retail buydown programs, coupons, discounts, and distribution/vendor fees — partnering with commercial and trade teams to evaluate spend effectiveness and inform forecast assumptions.
  • Partner with Market Access / Trade on payer contracting strategy, formulary and tender positioning, and rebate structures, translating contract terms and renewal timing into forecast and AOP assumptions.
  • Present North America revenue performance, variance analysis, and forecast assumptions to senior and executive leadership, including CFO and Board-level reporting cycles.
