Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program or graduated within the past 6 months.
• Strong academic performance and demonstrated interest in learning and professional growth.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
• Curiosity, proactivity, willingness to ask questions, take initiative, and learn from others.
• Organization and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office and learning new tools and technology.
• Ability to collaborate with team members at all levels and contribute in a professional corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with auditing and maintaining accurate pricing data, menu specifications, and related information across company systems.
• Research competitor pricing, market trends, regional differences, and promotional activity to support pricing analysis.
• Analyze pricing, sales, commodity costs, and other business data to identify trends and opportunities to improve profitability.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Pricing, Procurement, and Field Operations on pricing and revenue management initiatives.
• Support the development and maintenance of Tableau dashboards, KPI tracking, and standardized reporting to inform business decisions.
• Assist with evaluating pricing and promotional performance and preparing insights and recommendations for key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve pricing processes, reporting, and systems while supporting initiatives to protect gross margin and drive profitable growth.
• Complete a meaningful summer project that delivers value to the team and broader business.
