About The Position

We are seeking a Revenue Management Analyst to join our Revenue Management team. In this role, you will play a critical part in optimizing pricing strategies, maximizing revenue opportunities, and supporting business growth across one or more domestic markets. Through data analysis, forecasting, and market evaluation, you will help drive strategic decisions that directly impact fleet utilization, profitability, and overall company performance. This opportunity is ideal for a highly analytical professional who enjoys working with data, solving complex business challenges, and influencing key decisions in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to understand market dynamics, pricing strategies, customer behavior, and revenue drivers within a fast-moving business environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders across multiple business functions.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant analytical, pricing, forecasting, revenue management, or business intelligence experience preferred.
  • Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python, R, or other analytical and reporting tools is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee price management and revenue maximization for one or more assigned domestic markets.
  • Analyze and monitor market performance by evaluating pricing, demand patterns, competitor activity, and incoming bookings.
  • Dive deep into large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and revenue opportunities that support business growth.
  • Support the design, development, and enhancement of reporting tools, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses that drive decision-making.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for Revenue Management leadership and business partners.
  • Lead and contribute to pricing, forecasting, and revenue optimization initiatives that improve profitability and operational performance.
