As a Revenue Management Systems Analyst, you will support and enhance UPS’s Commercial Pricing Engine (CPE)—our next-generation global pricing platform—and evolving Custom Pricing Process workflows. You will partner with business and IT stakeholders to design system enhancements, improve pricing processes, and enable effective pricing strategies across global operations.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
  • Experience translating business needs into technical or system requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2–3+ years of experience in Sales, Pricing, Revenue Management, or a related analytical field
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of pricing strategy, rate design, and monetization levers
  • Knowledge of customer lifecycle pricing, including quoting, discounting, shipping, and billing
  • Familiarity with supply chain pricing environments
  • Ability to interpret segment-based and customer-specific pricing strategies
  • Data mining and analytics experience (e.g., Data Warehouse, Databricks)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Revenue Management, and IT to enhance pricing systems and workflows
  • Translate business objectives into system features, pricing logic, and functional requirements
  • Support and maintain the Commercial Pricing Engine (CPE) and Custom Pricing Process tools
  • Identify opportunities to improve pricing workflows and system performance
  • Develop and deliver training materials on system updates, fixes, and enhancements
  • Facilitate user office hours and provide guidance on system best practices
  • Support global stakeholders across regions and functions
