First Advantage is seeking a highly influential Revenue Enablement Manager – GTM Transformation to lead the evolution of how our GTM teams sell and execute. This role owns the design, implementation, adoption, and sustainment of major GTM transformation initiatives, including the global rollout and optimization of our core sales methodology. Beyond methodology, this role plays a critical part in continuously improving sales and CS execution by identifying friction in workflows, processes, and operating rhythms and partnering cross-functionally to optimize them. The ideal candidate is a strategic enablement leader and hands-on change agent who can translate GTM strategy into repeatable seller and manager behaviors, supported by enablement programs, systems, and workflows. Success in this role means driving adoption, sustaining change, and delivering measurable business impact.
