About The Position

At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Revenue Enablement Coordinator to be the operational backbone of our Enablement team. You'll keep the team running smoothly — managing calendars, driving program logistics, establishing a consistent operating rhythm, and ensuring clear, timely communication across stakeholders. You're also curious about how AI can make the team smarter and more efficient, and you're eager to experiment and apply new tools.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in Enablement or program management
  • You thrive in a fast-moving environment and take pride in bringing order to complexity.
  • You're a strong written communicator who can translate messy information into crisp, clear messaging.
  • You naturally anticipate what's needed before being asked and follow through without being reminded.
  • You're genuinely excited about AI and how it can make teams more effective — not just as a buzzword, but as a daily practice.
  • Google Workspace experience — Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Slides
  • Slack experience — Async-first communication & workflows
  • Salesforce experience — CRM fluency for sales context
  • Program management experience— you are organized, detail-oriented, proactive
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.
  • Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.

Responsibilities

  • Own calendaring and scheduling across the Enablement team, including program sessions, stakeholder syncs, and team meetings — ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Drive end-to-end program management for enablement initiatives, tracking milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to keep projects on schedule.
  • Build and maintain an operating rhythm for the team — weekly standups, monthly reviews, quarterly planning cycles — so the team operates with clarity and consistency.
  • Run point on logistics for all enablement programs, including coordinating with cross-functional partners, managing vendors, and preparing materials and agendas.
  • Draft and manage internal and external communications on behalf of the Enablement team, including announcements, program updates, and follow-ups.
  • Actively explore how AI tools can improve team efficiency — bringing ideas, running experiments, and scaling what works.

Benefits

  • Industry-competitive salary and equity
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, with 100% of employee-only benefit premiums covered for most medical plans
  • 16 weeks paid Parental Leave for all new parents
  • Health & wellness stipend
  • Remote workspace, internet, and cellphone stipend
  • Commuter benefits for team members who report to the SF and NYC office
  • Family planning benefits
  • Matching 401(k) contribution with immediate vesting
  • Flexible PTO policy, plus 80 hours of Sick Time
  • 11 company-paid holidays
  • Virtual team building activities, lunch and learns, and other company-wide events!
