About The Position

Checkout.com is seeking a Revenue Enablement Specialist to support the Revenue Enablement team in content production, process management, reporting, and communication. This role involves collaborating with various departments, creating training materials, managing content libraries, and supporting internal communication campaigns. The specialist will also analyze data from training initiatives, assist with high-impact events, and gradually take on training responsibilities. Requirements

  • Great communication skills (copywriting experience is a plus)
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in FinTech, or Financial Services, or Tech, or SaaS
  • Or relevant experience in commercial customer facing roles
  • AI native, Tech-savvy and data-driven
  • Passionate about training and development
  • Ability to prioritise and work well with others
  • Customer-focused and high attention to detail
  • Agility and adaptability in a dynamic environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with any Learning and Content Management system is appreciated
  • Experience creating video, digital marketing content, and social media content is a plus
  • Understanding of complex Business Revenue cycles and Marketing principles is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and teams such as Commercial, People, Product, Operations and Marketing teams.
  • Fielding ad hoc content and support requests from the Enablement leads when onboarding specific Commercial roles in the region.
  • Building training and content for e-learning and live in-person training (including Video content, Slides, Pdf and Docs).
  • Promoting CMS and LMS platform best practices.
  • Maintaining content libraries and repositories.
  • Managing internal communication campaigns via email, Slack, and similar tools.
  • Managing data from training and other initiatives (including the analysis of data to identify and report on outcomes and gaps).
  • Supporting high-impact flagship events like Kick-Off, President’s Club, and Commercial Leadership Summits.
  • Gradually taking on some training responsibilities as confidence and expertise grow.
