Revenue Cycle Systems Analyst
About The Position
The Revenue Cycle Systems Analyst supports and improves the performance of the Revenue Cycle Divisions and serves as a strategic partner for the Physician Enterprise Revenue Cycle. The role uses data-driven insights to optimize financial results and process stability while contributing to improved patient outcomes. The analyst manages and supports capabilities for standardizing and consolidating daily, weekly, and monthly revenue cycle reporting. The position collects, synthesizes, and communicates information through data analytics to support strategic decisions, assess financial opportunities, and develop benchmarking and comparative revenue cycle metrics. Responsibilities also include developing and running monthly analytics, assisting with charge router work queues, and collaborating with management on strategies to improve system performance.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience within Revenue Cycle or a healthcare setting.
- Strong computing abilities to balance multiple tasks and analyze complex data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Detail-oriented, analytical self-starter with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to cultivate strong internal and external relationships.
- Commitment to adhering to regulations and policies.
