About The Position

Under general supervision, the Revenue Cycle Analyst assists the Revenue Cycle Director with KPI and denial analysis. This entry-level role typically performs data analysis activities and provides support for projects. The analyst manages or serves as a project team member on projects with limited scope and minimal complexity and risk, and may coordinate small projects or a component of a larger project with minimal to moderate complexity and risk.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent.
• 3 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Revenue Cycle Director with KPI and denial analysis.
• Manage projects or serve as a project team member on projects with limited scope and minimal complexity and risk.
• Update project plans, schedules, and reports; monitor and report on KPI trends.
• Distribute key financial reports to market leaders and other stakeholders.
• Track, update, and maintain project requirements, documentation, issues, funding, and risks, and support other project deliverables.
• Assist with facilitating meetings and organizing logistics, including scheduling meetings, reserving rooms and resources, preparing meeting minutes, and handling related communications.
• Communicate scheduling information and changes to team members and stakeholders as needed.
• Assist with needs analysis, business case preparation, and other required documentation during pre-planning.
• Manage and coordinate tasks for one or more small projects with minimal complexity and risk, or a component of a larger project of minimal to moderate complexity and risk.
