Responsible for the overall management of the life cycle implementation of revenue cycle functions for the strategic partnership. This includes ensuring milestone completion for readiness, workflow analysis, testing, training, go-live, and transition to post-live support. The role serves as the single point of contact for all revenue cycle inquiries or escalations from assigned partnerships, ensuring that all risks/issues are identified and resolved or escalated. The position also involves conducting needs assessments and gap analyses of current and future state workflows, and collaborating with the Revenue Cycle Informatics team regarding training or increased support needs for assigned partnerships.
