The RCM Transformation Senior Manager provides specialized depth and breadth of operational expertise across front, middle, and back-office Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) functions—including coding, charge capture/charge integrity, hospital and professional billing, cash posting, denials management, and accounts receivable follow-up. Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance Transformation, with a dotted-line relationship to the Executive Director of Revenue Cycle Transformation, this role serves as an internal subject matter expert for assigned RCM transformation initiatives / projects. Working independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations, the Senior Manager validates and stress-tests design recommendations against real-world operational conditions to ensure redesign decisions are practical, sustainable, and tailored to BMCHS's environment. The RCM Transformation Senior Manager leads assigned workstreams and projects with moderate resources requirements, risk, and complexity within the RCM operating model redesign and helps build the financial case supporting the program's cost-to-collect and net revenue targets. This role's impact is realized through the successful redesign and stabilization of RCM operations over a multi-year horizon, positioning BMCHS for sustained financial and operational performance.
