About The Position

This position will focus on front-end revenue cycle. It involves hands-on work with insurance plans, benefits, and claim denials. The role assesses system issues, provides EMR training to improve function, standards, and patient outcomes. It also partners with leadership to improve training, adoption, and optimization strategies to meet goals.

Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years of Epic Software.
• Front-End Revenue Cycle experience.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of insurance plans and benefits.
• Willingness to investigate claim denials, including root cause analysis.
